Shipping method
All orders are shipped directly to you from the manufacture warehouse. Most items are shipped via common carrier with a lift gate. A signature is required to confirm receipt.
Timing
- Items without cushions or do not contain custom cushions are shipped within 72 hours of payment.
- Items that include cushions are shipped within 14 business days of payment to allow for manufacturing of custom cushions.
- Please allow 5 – 7 days for ground transportation to your location.
- Rush delivery is available for an extra charge.
- Although every effort is made to keep all items in stock, occasionally items will be back-ordered. We will notify you of any shipping delays.
Packaging & pre-shipping inspection/h3>
All furniture is carefully inspected, protectively wrap, and hand-pack at the warehouse before shipping. Most items will arrive in boxes pre-assembled in protective wrapping. Some items such as tables, wicker rockers and teak furniture may require some very basic assembly; these items include all hardware and fully illustrated instructions.
Notification of shipping damage
We have less than 0.5% freight damage thanks to our manufacturers meticulous packaging protocols, however, there may occasionally be accidental damage. Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Please note and document any damages or shortages on the carrier’s receipt, and specify if any cartons are crushed, ripped or open. Take pictures of damage if possible and the manufactures will provide pickup service for warranty claims. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
