Aluminum and Cast Iron

Innova prides themselves in offering high quality and beautiful furniture. All aluminum, cast, and wrought iron furniture is welded 360 degrees to ensure long lasting durability. Quality you can feel from a name you can trust.

Cushion Care

Increase the lifespan of your cushions and by storing in a dry place when not in use. Brush off dirt regularly when the fabric is dry. Sponge lightly with natural soap and lukewarm water.

DO NOT DRY-CLEAN, MACHINE WASH, TUMBLE-SPIN DRY, BLEACH OR USE ANY SOLVENT TYPE CLEANERS.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Innova items that Patio Perks Sells include free shipping. Innova will generally ship orders via FedEx unless you order large quantities or full patio sets. Sets are are shipped via common freight carrier with curbside delivery and include liftgate services. Please be sure to inspect your delivery before signing and note any damages on the bill of lading or delivery receipt. Any damages in shipping will need to be addressed within 3 business days.

WARRANTY

Innova products carries a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects in material and craftsmanship, subject to normal use. Please contact us for assistance with warranty questions or claims. Innova cushions and pillows are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions for 30 days.

All warranties are made void when furniture is damaged due to acts of nature, abuse or lack of proper care. Defects that develop because the product is exposed to extreme climate conditions are not covered by this warranty. Defects that develop as a result of faulty or improper installation or assembly of the product are also not covered by this warranty.

Commercial applications can change the conditions of the warranties, according to which items are being used and the location or the nature of the commercial premises. Consumables such as chair feet are subject to wear and tear and are not considered part of the frame.

Innova will repair or replace at its option the pieces or parts that fail during normal usage, due to structural defects occurring at the manufacturing stage. Products discontinued or unavailable will be replaced by similar available items.

For all warranty claims, please contact the Patio Perks with your order number and sale date. Photos of damage and/or defects will be required to process claims. Freight or transport of goods and labor for replacement or repair are the responsibility of the consumer and are not covered under warranty.

Innova Hearth & Home and Patio Perks is committed to providing fast and efficient service. If you are not happy with your order, we will refund you the total product cost minus the total shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. This policy applies as long as the items are returned within 20 days from original shipping date. The product should also be in ‘new’ resell-able condition in order to receive full refund. Cancelled orders that have already shipped are also subject to a 25% restocking fee returned shipping costs.
