Caluco’s team controls manufacturing in our own factory overseas, and we supervise every aspect of assembly, packing and shipping at our 40,000-square-foot warehouse in San Fernando, California. We also produce premium custom cushions for any outdoor furniture products at our San Fernando facility in two weeks or less.

We specify premium quality cast and tubular aluminum and Grade A kiln-dried Indonesian teak from sustainable sources. We reimagine the look of rattan and wicker while avoiding maintenance issues with our own premium, sustainable, all-weather resin wicker. Our custom cushions feature industry-leading high-performance Sunbrella® fabric that offers superior stain, fade and mildew resistance. Our design process, quality-control procedures and material selection allow Caluco to offer an unprecedented 10-year warranty for our aluminum furniture and 3 years for our teak and resin wicker.
