We are proud of our products which have been used in many locations in hotels, resorts, cruise ships, restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, apartments, housings, universities, government projects and many more. With our high quality products we entered into the USA market 8 years ago and became the leading company and well known supplier of teak garden furniture by the name of Anderson. We have our own manufacturer in Indonesia that supplies our head office and distribution center in California, USA.

We are proud of our growing sales from year to years. In the beginning of year 2007, we have launched our new line of products; Synthetic Rattan and Cast Aluminum Outdoor furniture. In the last 3 years, Weathered Rattan Furniture has been becoming more popular and famous as synthetic rattan technology, the main raw material used, has been improved. We've teamed up with Viro® Fiber, the leading Synthetic Rattan Fiber manufacturer to explore the possibility of producing more ranges of weathered rattan furniture products. We have more than 50 different choices of sizes, thickness, colors, textures and models of Synthetic Rattan wickers. With more collections of rattan materials, teak wood and cast aluminum, we have a more complete outdoor furniture range to offer our clients so that, regardless if the client wants to furnish their backyard with Teak furniture, Weathered Rattan Furniture or Cast Aluminum furniture, we have what they need.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We warrant our furniture with the manufacture back-up warrantee. We also warrant that our products are free from defective materials and workmanship, which does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture. Special condition may apply on products bought for general public or commercial use.

All of our products sold to the original owner are guaranteed for standard use. We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear. 100% Product Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our product, let us know and we'll make it right. Within 30 days, we'll gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery and restocking charges*) or credit you for our other items. After 30 days items may be exchanged for the same product or for merchandise credit.

Return Policy

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

• Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Anderson Teak original boxes and without writing on the box.
• Product has to be in original condition; do not finish or paint the product, all hardware / accessories have to be returning completely.
• If you are not satisfied with the product, it may be returned in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and re-stocking fee.
• There will be 25% re-stocking fee for all return items.
• Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 7 days only. After 7 days, there is no service. NO EXCEPTION.
• Pictures are required to claim merchandise defective. Please e-mail to sales@patioperks.com.
• We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
• Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through carrier. Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages (make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
• All returned shipments must be freight prepaid and include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice.
• All custom cushion orders are final. No return and no refund.
